SHAB’S STORY
I began my fitness journey back in 2013. In 2014, I started my personal trainer certification course and began coaching other women soon after.
I am a certified physique transformation and bodybuilding coach. I am also a certified pre and postnatal and a level 3 PT.
When people saw my own transformation on social media, I received literally hundreds of messages, asking me to help them get the same results.
After 10 years of education, hard work on myself & uncovering sustainable health solutions for my clients, I know how to help people with fat loss & toning up, while optimising their health.
I’m here today to share with you the knowledge and experience I’ve gained & applied myself to achieve a healthy, strong & sexy bikini body, fast and easily, using evidence-based protocols.

How Do You Help Me Personally?
In addition to the one-to-one personal check-ins every week where we review your progress we have two video calls a week. The video calls provide personal nutritional advice and tips for achieving more results. The call elements are in groups, but Shab will personally answer the questions you ask for you in the Q&A

This depends on your goal, in one goal some supplements have no added value and I will not recommend it, in other processes it is a must to achieve a goal in a healthy way. This depends on many factors, it is always your choice whether you follow the advice. However, it is very important for Shab to know whether or not you adhere to the advice, this affects not only the result but also your health which is the most important thing. Experience shows that not everyone has the financial means to purchase all supplements.

Can I Still Eat Out?
Yes of course this can be factored into your plan, when you sign up you are also given guides to eating out.
Can It Be Combined With Day And Night Shifts?
Yes, the schedules are adapted to your lifestyle. Day and night shifts do not have to have an adverse effect on the result, of course this is taken into account when drawing up the schedules.
Can I still enjoy Holidays?
Yes, separate strategies are being applied for these trips that will allow you to enjoy your vacations and still make progress.
